Throughout my career, I have specialized in mortgage loan production and operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies and nuances of the mortgage market.
My journey in this field led me to become a leading authority in condominium financing. I have dedicated myself to this niche area, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse range of clients, including individual homebuyers, investors, and developers, helping them navigate the complex world of condominium financing.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is the opportunity to empower and educate others. As an expert in condominium financing, I regularly conduct training sessions for real estate agents all across the United States. My goal is to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to assist their clients in making informed decisions about condominium investments.
Currently, I serve as the National Condominium Director for Movement Mortgage, a role that allows me to lead a talented team of professionals in facilitating the approval of thousands of condominium projects for conventional (GSE) financing. Our dedication to excellence and commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry have resulted in countless successful transactions, helping dreams of homeownership come to fruition.
Throughout my career, I have strived for excellence and professional growth, which has led to receiving the prestigious “Certified Mortgage Banker” designation, awarded by the Mortgage Bankers Association.
